Just had my Beemer serviced by JAMS ….. AT MY OFFICE CARPARK… I’ve been pretty tied up with work and was struggling to find time for my servicing when a friend of mine asked me to try JAMS as they could “make house calls”. Gave them a call just to check it out and was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and service. Set up the appointment and at the appointed time, I saw the JAMS vehicle pulling up. We took about 10 – 15 minutes to have a run through of the car and what needed to be done. Left him to it and went back to work. After an hour or two, all was done! Now how smooth is that…. Great servicing job and I didn’t have to waste the time and the cab fare to get it done at the local workshop. NICE…..

I was introduced to JAMS by a friend. Great service, save the waiting time at Borneo Motors. More importantly, I need not rush to collect the car. The servicing was completed within an hour, at my office car park. The car feels just as good after the servicing and the charges are reasonable. I will consider using JAMS services again.

Definitely the only workshop that I am going to patronize, had our company's
van (Fiat Dublo) serviced recently, servicing is very detailed,
transparency and reasonable in pricing, most important is the technical
knowledge that Jack will not hesitate to share and impart to customer, for
first time owners who has no idea where to repair your car, you can consider
to approach them, I think it is hard to find someone else!

JAMS service is very convenience for me. My car servicing was done at my
place instead of having to go to a normal car workshop and spending almost
half a day there. The engineer, Michael is very experienced and even came back for further evalutions and diagnostics after I made some enquiries on the noise, all at no cost. He even
shared some maintenance tips to me. Very good after-sales service. Definitely, I will recommend JAMS service to my friends.
